刪除 dresspec 帳號

在 app 內刪除（建議）
- 開啟 dresspec，進入「設定」。
- 點「刪除帳號」，輸入 DELETE 確認。
刪除立即生效，無法復原。刪除帳號不會取消 App Store 或 Google Play 的訂閱，請先到商店的訂閱管理取消。剩下的點數（包括場合包點數）會一起作廢。
會刪除的資料
- 帳號與登入身分（email、名稱、頭像、Google 或 Apple 的帳號識別碼；用 Apple 登入的話，會請 Apple 撤銷授權）、登入憑證。
- 衣櫃：衣物照片與資料；身材資料與身材照片（包括 AI 全身照）。
- 搭配紀錄、喜歡／不喜歡、分享連結（連結隨即失效）。
- 點數、購買與訂閱紀錄、每次生圖的紀錄，以及我們收到的商店購買通知。
- 你回報的 AI 圖片檢舉。
- 我們也會請 RevenueCat（處理購買驗證的服務商）刪除你的購買紀錄；如果這個請求失敗，我們會手動刪除。
會保留的資料
- 刪除前後約一小時內上傳的照片，可能仍留在儲存空間，直到我們手動移除；可以來信請我們確認。
- 帶有資料庫結構變更的維護前所做的資料庫備份（保留最近 5 份）與系統紀錄，在輪替掉之前可能仍含有刪除前的資料。
- 使用統計（例如開啟 app、新增衣物的次數與延遲）會保留，但與帳號的連結會清除，只剩隨機的裝置 ID。
- Apple 與 Google 依各自的政策保存的購買紀錄。
- AI 搭配圖與髮型預覽只存在你的裝置上，我們的伺服器沒有保存；它們隨 app 移除，但可能存在你裝置自己的備份中。
來信刪除
不用 app 也可以刪除：寄信到 support@coyotech.app，主旨寫「刪除 dresspec 帳號」，信中寫出你登入 dresspec 的 email（app「設定」裡「已登入：」後面顯示的就是它）。
寄件地址可以偽造，所以我們不會只憑來信就刪除：我們會寄一封含確認碼的信到帳號的 email，你回覆並附上確認碼之後，我們才刪除該帳號，刪除範圍與上面相同，完成後回信告知。
用 Apple 登入並選了「隱藏我的電子郵件」的帳號，email 是 Apple 的轉寄地址，可能收不到我們的確認信；這種情況請在 app 內刪除，或在信中說明，我們會回信說明其他確認方式。
Deleting your dresspec account
In the app: Settings → Delete account, then type DELETE. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. It does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel it in your store settings first. Remaining credits, including occasion pack credits, are forfeited.
Deleted: your account and sign-in identity (email, name, picture, Google or Apple account identifier; with Apple sign-in we also ask Apple to revoke the authorization) and sign-in tokens; your wardrobe photos and item details; your body data and body photos, including AI full-body photos; outfit history, likes and dislikes, and share links; credits, purchase and subscription records, image generation records and the store purchase notifications we received; your reports of AI images. We also ask RevenueCat, the service that verifies purchases, to delete your purchase records; if that request fails, we delete them manually.
Kept: photos uploaded within about an hour of deletion may remain in storage until we remove them manually; database snapshots taken before maintenance that changes the database (the five most recent) and server logs may still contain your data until they rotate out; usage telemetry is kept, unlinked from your account (only a random device ID remains); Apple and Google keep purchase records under their own policies; generated outfit images and hairstyle previews exist only on your device, and may remain in your device's own backup.
By email: write to support@coyotech.app with the subject "Delete my dresspec account" and the email you sign in to dresspec with (shown after "Signed in as" in Settings). A sender address can be forged, so an email alone deletes nothing: we send a confirmation code to the account's email, and delete the account, as above, only after you reply with that code; we tell you when it is done. An account signed in with Apple's "Hide My Email" has an Apple relay address that may not receive our email; delete it in the app, or say so in your email and we will reply with another way to confirm.
